Pre-Order Payment and Cancellation Policy

When placing a pre-order through our online shop, customers are required to complete their payment within 30 days of the item's arrival. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the pre-order will be automatically canceled without refund.

Please note, once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued. We highly encourage you to consider your purchase carefully before placing a pre-order, as these items are often limited and in high demand.

If you anticipate any delays in completing your payment, please reach out to us immediately. While we may offer extensions in certain cases, these will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If for any reason we decide to cancel your pre-order, we will issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation (Non Pre-Orders)

If you need to cancel a non-pre-order purchase, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order. If the order hasn’t shipped, we will process the cancellation, refunding the payment minus a 5% administration fee. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Conditions for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the item is unopened and unused to qualify for a return.

For factory-sealed items, we are not responsible for any factory defects or damage, as these are outside our control. We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for issues relating to factory defects.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

For all returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will provide a full refund and issue store credit to cover the cost of return shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. If a return is lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Wrong Address and Refused Shipments

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, we will treat it as a return. Any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund, and you will be responsible for the return and reshipping charges.
